The Hire Space Awards 2019 will take place on October 17th at The National Gallery, located at Trafalgar Square, Charing Cross, London WC2N 5DN. Ticket holders should arrive for 6.30pm for welcome drinks, canapés and entertainment.

+ Who can enter to win the Hire Space Awards?
The Hire Space Awards are for venues listed with Hire Space, as well as professional event organisers from across the industry. The venue award categories will celebrate modern venue marketing, excellency in customer service and venues that are forward thinking, paving the way for the future of the venue and events world.
The event organiser award categories are an opportunity for professional event teams to be rewarded for exceptional event delivery and gain industry wide recognition for their work.
+ Can I still enter my company for the Hire Space Awards 2019?
We are no longer taking new entries for The Hire Space Awards 2019. The shortlist has been announced. However, if you are interested to submit a nomination for the Hire Space Awards 2020, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
+ Is there a fee for entering a nomination for the awards?
There is no fee for entering a nomination for the Hire Space Awards.
+ How are entries shortlisted?
Venue award entries have been shortlisted down to 4 finalists for each award. Each entry for awards under these categories will be ranked and shortlisted based on their Hire Space Index:
- Modern Venue Marketing
- Most Popular
- Forward Thinking Venues
Entries for awards in the following category have been shortlisted down to 4 finalists for each award, by external moderators:
- Superstar Event Organisers
The winners will be determined by our external judging panel.
+ Is there a minimum age requirement to attend the event?
We can only accept guests that are 18 and over.
