Director, Slingshot Sponsorship

Kieran is responsible for the management of all client accounts across Slingshot Sponsorship’s portfolio and leads the strategy & sales phase through to the delivery and management of successful sponsorship activation.

With a focus on creating ground-breaking partnerships with Slingshot’s rights holder clients – Kieran has worked to drive the true commercial potential of sponsorship with a number of properties including sports teams, charitable causes, business conferences, unique events, entertainment events, digital applications and venues.

A regular contributor to Slingshot Sponsorship’s external communications, Kieran has a strong background in partnerships where he initially made his mark in the marketing & sponsorship department of his home town rugby club, Worcester Warriors, supporting commercial activity as the team rose into the Premiership. Kieran then braved the big smoke and broke into the agency world at Simbiotik, working across multiple brand accounts with the focus on growth and sustainability through collaboration with complimentary, non-competing, marketing partners.

With a passion for mutually beneficial agreements Kieran has become integral to Slingshot’s offering. Kieran’s most recent project has seen him lead on the Extreme Tech Challenge – the World’s largest tech start-up competition, with the finals hosted by Sir Richard Branson on Necker Island – brokering deals, with Cisco, Qualcomm & Zoom to name a few.

Casting an eye over Slingshot’s entire client portfolio, including organisations across sport, music, technology, recruitment, finance and charity, Kieran is instrumental in building brand propositions to drive revenue with a focus on unique and engaging experiential activity.
