With just days left until the big event, our incredible team at Hire Space have been working day and night to produce the greatest EventLAB yet. In its third year of existence, EventLAB 2019 is pushing the boundaries of years past, providing even more exciting opportunities for delegates to take advantage of.

Register to attend EventLAB 2019 and you’ll receive details for enrolling in the meetings platform by email. Follow the simple steps we provide and detail your interests, and Brella’s sophisticated technology platform will suggest connection matches and allow you to book meetings ahead of time, to make the most of your visit.

Buyer Intent Programme

If you’re planning an upcoming event and have yet to source your ideal venue and event suppliers, enrol in the Buyer Intent Programme and bring your event brief to the on-site Hire Space team at EventLAB. A member of the team will coordinate a meeting with you to take place at the show, and will help connect you with the best venues and suppliers for your unique requirements. FAQ’s

DO I NEED A TICKET? Registered attendees can just arrive on the day and provide the name/email address that you registered with and we will print your badge. If you haven’t registered, sign up here or you can still register when you arrive on the day and if payment is required you can do so by Debit/Credit Card.

IS THERE AN EVENT APP? We will have an event app which will be available through the Eventsforce App on the App Store and Google Play from the Friday 11th October.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AVAILABLE ONSITE? There will be a number of food outlets on site to keep you fueled for the day.

WHAT DO I BRING? As part of our sustainability initiatives we are encouraging our delegates to bring a water bottle to be refilled at stations around the venue. There will be no disposable cups available on site.

We will print your badge on arrival and will provide note-taking materials for any workshops you may be attending.

CAN I STILL REGISTER MYSELF OR A COLLEAGUE? You can register here to attend EventLAB 2019. Please note spaces are limited in some of the workshops so there may be some sessions sold out.
